I painted a two-part acrylic series depicting people moving through street crosswalks and museum exhibits. Inspired by balcony views looking down upon busy cities, I wanted to utilize a birds-eye view. Both of the paintings include a lot of detail and are some of my bigger pieces, one being 16”x16” and the other being 18”x24.” The larger of the two is based on a photo I took of attendees of the MoMA in New York City.
