Activism - Trash
While attending a trash pick-up at my school, I noticed how many cigarette boxes I was finding. I decided to photograph and later paint the boxes to demonstrate the wasteful cycles of single-use trash. The series, which I named “Ocean Ave Trash” is comprised of three 9”x9” canvases and painted with thick oil paint.



Activism - Fast Fashion
In 2024, I created a stencil that displayed a jarring statistic about how wasteful the fast fashion industry is. My goal was to inform the public about ways their consumption habits might impact the earth. I used permanent chalk spray paint to adhere my design to concrete surfaces.

Activism - Identity
This past year I painted a very personal acrylic piece about my coming-out journey and how my Queer identity has influenced my self-expression. I wanted to demonstrate how my personality has flourished as a result of coming to terms with my sexuality. I used techniques like patterns and layering to represent the depth of my emotions.
