​San Francisco-based artist Finley Bell paints experimental oil and acrylic scenes and portraits. While finding her personal style, she has dabbled in abstraction, spray paint, gouache, and cardboard. With a knack for adding a fun pop of color or unique expression, Finley loves to observe the world around her and translate it into technical pieces of art. Finley’s love of art has influenced her career as an art teacher, where she manages studio inventory and teaches art classes to students aged 5-15. She enjoys creating informative and activist art and believes art to be a powerful tool of education and storytelling. Through her art, she hopes to inspire others to engage in thoughtful dialogue about themes surfaced in her art—like Queerness, environmentalism, and exploration.
